IIE provides repair and replacement of defective equipment, which is covered by the terms of the warranty within a period not exceeding 60 days.

Direct communication with management

For any non-technical issues related to sales, including economic problems, problems of counterfeit products, unauthorized sales, conflicts between sales channels, the Partner should inform IIE management and assist in the investigation to protect its legitimate interests.

Кроме того, если в процессе сотрудничества с Партнером менеджер канала продаж IIE не выполняет свои обязанности, что серьезно влияет на ход нормальной предпринимательской деятельности Партнера, необходимо так же сообщить об этом руководству IIE:
